Self Advocacy -

Self Representation

Appearing in court can be a daunting experience.  Not everyone should attempt it.

However, in the right circumstances and with the right tools even non-lawyers can be effective advocates.  If you find yourself facing a case in Small Claims Court involving an amount of money that you are comfortable losing but would rather not, you may wish to consider representing yourself.

Still Need help?

  1. Hire us to help represent you on a full or Limited Retainer.

Limited Retainer

Where your case is a little more complex or perhaps more money is at stake, you may need an extra boost before entering the courtroom on your own.  While retaining us outright may be cost prohibitive, a more limited retainer may be just right.

If you decide to retain North End Law we can discuss the specifics of your case and provide legal advice that is tailored to your circumstances. We can assess your chances of success, how to plead your case, identify evidence and witnesses you may need, assist with document review, witness preparation and needed legal research. Working with your budget we can determine which tasks you can undertake and which we can assist with. We can generally agree to a fixed fee arrangement.
